Start the New Year Right with Johnson & Johnson Healthy Essentials

This post is part of the Healthy Essentials 2014 program by Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies and The Motherhood, who sent me a box of products and compensated me for my time. Opinions, experiences and photos shared here are all my own, and I hope you enjoy them.

Have you resolved to take better care of your health in the New Year? As a busy mom with an infant, I put my own needs on the back burner a little too much in 2013. This year I want to make sure I’m taking care of my kids and myself.

Johnson & Johnson products have helped keep my family healthy and comfortable for years, so I’m happy to team up with them to promote their HEALTHY ESSENTIALS® products, several of which will help me keep that resolution to to take better care of myself in 2014.

Johnson & Johnson HEALTHY ESSENTIALS® include familiar and time-tested products like Band-Aid, Listerine, Desitin and No More Tears baby shampoo (secret: I often use the shampoo myself to remove makeup).

But there are also some great newer products that I can’t wait to try, like Aveeno Sulfate-Free shampoo and conditioner, and Rembrandt 5-10 minute stain dissolving strips.

2014 is a big year for sports fans, too. Not only do we have the Olympics coming up, but it’s also a World Cup year–my soccer fan husband can’t wait, and even I get into a little bit. This year, Johnson & Johnson is an official healthcare sponsor of the FIFA World Cup in Brazil, where they’ll help world-class athletes keep in top form.

Plus, Johnson & Johnson is running a sweepstakes to send a lucky winner to Brazil to witness the action!

All you have to do is visit to share a picture or story of a moment of caring in your life and you could scream “GOAL!” from Brazil.
